1.Dear skiers, please note that any misuse of the significantly discounted PhoneTicket system is not permitted. It is not possible to request an exchange of a PhoneTicket for a traditional ski pass card, for example, if the ticket was purchased for a child without a mobile phone, or for a non-smart device (see e-shop for details). If a PhoneTicket does not appear to work, it will be checked directly at the turnstiles in the ski area. A replacement card will be issued only if the problem cannot be resolved (e.g., by reloading or other technical adjustment).

2.Chip cards from the previous system are no longer valid and could be exchanged at the Ski Area ticket office until the end of the 2022/2023 winter season (March 31, 2023).

3.A deposit card (from the new system) can be exchanged for something tasty at the Bistro or the Après Ski Bar (the umbrella bar) 😊 Frequently Asked Questions and the official press release can be found here.
