Mobile bikepass
Phone ticket – the world’s first mobile bike pass for the general public
We’ve launched a new way to purchase bike passes. All you need is a smartphone (iOS 16 or higher / Android 8.0 or higher), and there’s no need for any plastic or paper card. Simply select the “Phone ticket” option via our webshop or self-service kiosks.
When purchased through the webshop, you’ll receive a voucher by email with a QR code and a direct link to your “ticket.” Self-service kiosks and the main ticket office will issue a receipt with a QR code. Just scan the QR code or click the link in the email, and the Axess SkiWallet app will typically download automatically to your phone (some phones may require manual download from the app store).
You must allow the app to use Bluetooth, which is the communication channel with the turnstiles. Your downloaded tickets appear in the app under “Tickets.” Until activated, tickets can be shared via QR code, email, WhatsApp, etc. Once activated, the ticket is permanently tied to your phone and cannot be shared.
Before riding, select “Use Now” on the ticket (this is when the phone begins transmitting the ticket code via Bluetooth) and keep your phone in your left, ideally chest, pocket. At the turnstile, your phone will be identified like a standard chip card, usually with a slight delay of up to 2 seconds.
If you want to stop riding or save your phone’s battery, select “Stop” on the ticket – the phone will immediately stop transmitting. Once the purchased bike pass period expires, the status changes to “Expired,” and the pass can no longer be used.
Basic guidelines for using the Phone ticket:
* Before purchasing, check that your phone meets the minimum requirements. Link: https://koprivna.axess.shop/en/document/custom/2201
* Before passing through turnstiles, ensure the Phone ticket is activated and running (the ticket background turns red, and “Stop” is available) and that Bluetooth is enabled.
* At the turnstile, the display shows remaining time and battery level. Some phones enter power-saving mode at low battery, which may disable Bluetooth.
* If your phone battery runs low, charging is available at our restaurants, and power banks are provided at our rental shop.
* If the Phone ticket cannot be used (phone malfunction, fully drained battery, etc.), a replacement, preloaded chip card will be issued at the ticket office. Keep your purchase receipt with the ticket serial number, or for webshop purchases, note the purchase date and the email address used for the voucher. Issuing a replacement card immediately deactivates the corresponding Phone ticket.
