Phone ticket – the first mobile bikepass for the general public in the world.
NOTICE:
1. Dear riders, we do not allow any form of misuse or significant price advantage of the phone ticket. It is therefore not possible to exchange a phone ticket for a classic bike pass card if the phone ticket was purchased, for example, for children who do not have a phone or for a phone that is not a “smart” device (see e-shop). Any verification of a “non-functional” phone ticket will always be done directly at the turnstiles in the park, and a replacement card will only be issued if the issue cannot be resolved, for example by reloading.
2. Chip cards from the previous system no longer work and will not be exchanged.
